## What is Iraqi Cookbook?

The Cooking and Nutrition Guide, the classic Iraqi cookbook by Naziha Adeeb and Firdous Al-Mukhtar, in a new digital edition that reads like the book itself.

More than 600 recipes
Soups and sauces, meat, vegetables, grains, milk dishes, sweets, drinks, and preserving food, as the authors wrote them, along with their guidance on the kitchen, setting the table, and the basics of cooking.

A real book in your hands
• Pages that turn with a paper curl
• Every recipe faces a block-print illustration drawn from its ingredients
• Every chapter opens on an illustrated scene
• A night mode with calm blue pages

In the kitchen
• Cooking mode: one large step at a time, and the screen stays awake
• Tick off ingredients and steps as you go
• The time each recipe states, with filters for quick dishes and recipes that need soaking
• On iPhone Duo, fold it halfway and it becomes a recipe stand

Find and keep
• Search recipes, ingredients, or any word in the book
• Save favorite recipes and bookmark pages
• Adjust the text size
• Read in Arabic or English
