Ordered food for my kids during travel and the food was never delivered. Customer service was completely unavailable, even the helpline number was not working. When I called the hotel directly, they said they were never even notified about the order. Had to struggle late at night during the journey because of this app. Refund also not processed yet. Totally unacceptable service. ### 1/5 — Frustrating experience with delays and support *2026-03-17* Outdated Timing: The app doesn't sync with the train’s live status. Even when the train is running hours late, the app still allows food booking based on the scheduled arrival time. This results in missed deliveries or cold food because the kitchen isn't tracking the actual location of the train. Broken Support: I tried calling the official 1323 helpline multiple times to resolve a timing issue, but I kept receiving an "invalid number" message. ### 1/5 — Very bad experience *2025-12-11* Train got delayed by 4 hrs, there is no straightforward way to cancel order. Contacted caterer to cancel it and they denied cancellation from their side. They asked me to cancel from my side. I sent mail to cancel order, couldn’t find any order cancellation steps. Then they called me again asking why I left poor review. ### 1/5 — Fraud Under IRCTC umbrella *2025-08-31* This is the totally fraud apps do not order food from here, Neither they delivered food nor respond u after getting payment. Terrific and horrible experiences with me and other my friends. We order the food 2 stations before and 3 hour before, we are hungry but have patience we will get food and then will sleep. When our train arrived at designated delivery station, we start looking to delivery man. But we couldn’t find , we called him but no also not connected no given 1323. We wait tried to call until train is not departing. But not able to connected. They don’t feel at least they will inform us if they dont want to delivered. We loose our money We loose or time and we sleep in hungry empty stomach. PLZ PLZ DO NOT BOOK ANY FOOD VIA THIS APP OR IRCTC WEBSITE ### 1/5 — Dissapointing & shameful *2025-08-14* This is the worst service I have ever came across my train was diverted and i ordered food from this app paying online and they didn’t even update it on their app that the train is going to divert notifying the passengers that they can’t order food, it’s like they do it on purpose to gain money and take all the money when the food doesn’t reach to the person ordering, they have no customer service even if you report it won’t work because they’re busy eating people’s money!! Greed in the form of app. ### 1/5 — Lost money *2025-07-16* Please don’t order food from this app . They are not gonna deliver the food . I ordered the food by paying full amount. Around 2hrs before the delivery time , I got a text message saying ‘your meal is not available’ .Since then I tried to contact the help line number. They are not even connected to a support person . Instead of that , It is re routed to their chat box which will never address our exact issue . Also I have sent the complaint mail . No response till today . It’s been 1week . Horrible experience . I lost my money . In the App , it is showing the order is delivered . How it is even possible ??? This issue spoiled my whole trip. I haven’t carried /bought any food trusting this order will deliver at time. So I ordered food again from a different platform . I have given 1star rating .Consider it as 0 star. ### 1/5 — Never pay before delivery. *2025-06-14* Never pay for food online. Pay it only once it is delivered. They wouldn’t even listen to your end of the story, if they mark it as delivered it is delivered according to them without even a procedure to confirm it. They never delivered my order and never responded to my mails appropriately. ### 1/5 — Completely a scam. *2025-03-13* I placed a food order through this app and made an online payment, as there was no cash-on-delivery option available. However, I never received my order. Even I have called Faasos customer care but they said they were not finding order number. If IRCTC unable to maintain this app why they are looting public money by mismanagement. ### 1/5 — It’s a scam *2025-02-09* I ordered for food through this app from Faasos 2 hrs before reaching Surat and paid for it online but never received the order. Tried calling the number but doesn’t even get connected. It’s a complete scam. Don’t even think of downloading this app. I have sent an email to the customer support team. Hope atleast that I get a reply. This app should not even be getting a single star. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Food at very reasonable prices and nominal delivery charge *2026-08-07* This is the best app for ordering food at very reasonable prices. Also delivering in all the conditions. I always trust this irrespective of negative reviews. In case of delivery missed, 100% refund will be received along with some additional coupon which may be used later in the same app. That too there is no expiry date for those coupons. When they confirmed order, i called restaurant they said yes don't worry we will definitely deliver just be on your seat. Nice packing, nice plates to eat, spoons, pickles, salt pack etc. taste was good, quality good, don't hesitate, be patient and do order, don't make mistake like keep time buffer in order and delivery, make payment properly in time.
