Even we provided all the details it does not save anything finally says something was wrong. It automatically captures selfie for full KYC verification and says document size is more than 5MB, meaning less. Not sure how apple accept these buggy apps. Deleted. ### 1/5 — Fraud ! Iam given all details which they are asking Still they Are not going to Activate my Wallet How can I provide CARD DATAILS as per RBI no need to give BANK CARD DETAIS. Finally my entire money which are in wallet not able to get back. VERY VERY POOOOOOOOOOOOOOR SERVICE. POOR service from this app and balance in wallet finally lost. You can add money to the wallet without any restrictions but to withdraw...Nope! You can’t. My money is stuck in this wallet for 6 months. iMudra Customer support blames Federal Bank and Federal Bank blames iMudra. I m telling you, once you add money into this wallet, its not yours anymore. But I can’t use that money anywhere for any payments. Now that’s money completely useless. Then I reported this issue to their support team, But they didn’t solve the issue anymore.
