## What is iREMS?

iREMS app is a companion to your iREMS system. All your favourite customised reports can be easily downloaded, viewed, shared or even printed from your mobile device wherever you are.

Version 2.0 includes the following features, improvements and bug fixes:

- KPI chooser - you can choose a main KPI in the Assets View which will be used for the Floorplan report (Rent, Rent/m2, Next Break or Expiry, Affordability, WALB: not implemented yet)
- Improved Floorplan - now we show the KPIs on a heatmap and display the relevant Unit information
- Property Picture - in the Assets/Portfolio view and in the Asset Info we display the primary picture of the Property (primary representation picture can be uploaded as document in the desktop client)
- Asset Info Tab - we added a new tab in the Assets View where the Property KPIs are listed
- Search field added for Asset View tabs
- We fixed a bug which was causing an error in the Notifications view
- Improved Error Messages display, caching improvements

Please note that this version requires iREMS server version 2.6.1.v20200131 or later.
