The pictures comes out blurry or it’s too far away for approval. Meanwhile it works fine with other vendors like Wemo. Only suggestion customer support can give me is to try again. I contacted the customer service which first lied about that I can only use Taiwanese number to register and then told me it’s working with a foreign number and continue to do nothing.
