## What is iResumeMeet?

iResumeMeet turns any conversation into a clear, actionable record — automatically.

Hit record on your iPhone or your Apple Watch, and iResumeMeet takes care of the rest: a full transcript, an executive summary, key decisions, and action items, generated by AI in minutes. No manual note-taking, no missed details.

RECORD FROM YOUR WRIST
Start recording right from your Apple Watch — useful when your phone is in your pocket, across the room, or your hands are busy. Recordings sync automatically to your iPhone the moment you're back in range.

WORKS WHILE YOU DO SOMETHING ELSE
Recording and processing continue safely in the background, even if you switch apps or lock your phone. You'll get a notification the moment your report is ready.

UNDERSTANDS OVER 40 LANGUAGES
Record in your language, and get your summary translated into dozens of others with one tap — perfect for international teams, multilingual interviews, or studying content in a second language.

PAY FOR WHAT YOU USE, NOTHING MORE
No monthly subscription. Buy a minutes package once, and use it at your own pace — your balance never expires. Sign in with Apple to keep your balance safe across every device you own.

BUILT FOR PRIVACY
Your recordings live on your device — we never keep a backup of your audio on our servers. Files are processed only long enough to generate your transcript, then deleted immediately. Nothing is ever used to train AI models.

PERFECT FOR
- Team meetings and one-on-ones
- Client calls and consultations
- Interviews and research conversations
- Lectures and classes
- Personal voice notes and reflections

Every new account starts with free minutes to try the full experience — no credit card required to get started.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 2.1 — 2026-08-03

• Apple Watch: Redesigned recording screen with live waveform animation on both sides of the stop button — just like Voice Memos. Cleaner header showing only recording status.

• Widget: Fresh dark blue design with a dynamic background. The widget now shows the title of your last recording so you always know where you left off.

• Widget: New large and extra-large sizes for iPad — more information at a glance from your home screen.

• AI Processing: Improved progress display now shows transcription and analysis as separate steps so you can follow along.

• Bug fixes and stability improvements.

### 2.0 — 2026-08-01

This update includes the following new features:

1. Animated splash screen on launch.
2. First-launch onboarding carousel (4 pages). Shown once; never repeated unless the app is reinstalled.
3. Home Screen Widget (small & medium) that deep-links directly into a new recording session.
4. Apple Watch companion app with full recording controls and iPhone sync.
5. Live Activity / Dynamic Island integration showing the active recording timer on the Lock Screen.
6. Automatic cleanup of orphaned audio files in the background.

To test the widget: add the "iResumeMeet" widget from the home screen widget picker and tap it — it should open a new recording session immediately.
To test the Watch app: install the Watch target on a paired Apple Watch and tap the Record button.
No special credentials or server state required.

### 1.1 — 2026-07-28

- Fixed an issue where recordings could stop unexpectedly if your screen locked during a long meeting
- Added a quick welcome guide for new users, with your free 25 minutes to try the app
- Improved Spanish and Indonesian translations throughout the app

### 1.0 — 2026-07-27
