The menu is very interesting and I have to say I like the way it is done. I used this app about 2 years ago and it worked wonderfully. It was very convenient. I used to recommend it all the time. Now it doesn’t even save information except the resume title. I just finished typing in an entire resume, hit save changes, only for all of the information to just disappear. Utter crap. ### 1/5 — Worst app I've ever downloaded. *2015-08-18, version 2.2* I have used over 1000 different apps and I have never come across an app that was as problematic and had as many glitches problems as this resume app. I do not suggest anybody attempt to use this app, I can assure you that you will be very disappointed. I have received feedback from a few of my associates and most cannot even create their own account on this application or use this app at all. ### 1/5 — Junk! *2015-06-01, version 2.0* Spent hours on my resume with this app after creating account and then reformatting entire layout to them find out can't use it at all until you purchase paid version. Went to buy paid version and notice pops up that server is under maintenance try again later! What a waste of time and energy for those trying to progress in an aggressive job market. This app also had numerous formatting and translation issues with mobile office software making cut and paste a real headache. ### 1/5 — Tedious at best *2015-05-07, version 2.0* Ok so after all the tediousness of filling out the forms and OMG how long it was... no where does it state in the description of the app that you have to purchase to be able to save or email or print the resume you spent at least an hour creating... I could have done the same thing in 1/2 the time in Word or some other word processing application and it would have been free and I could email it or save it as often as I wanted. One thing I do like about it is it is a clean looking application its not difficult to use or navigate but I feel ripped off and I didn't even pay for the application but I consider my time valuable and this was a complete waste of it... thanks! ### 1/5 — Total Rip *2015-05-03, version 2.0* You can build a free resume but that's it. You can't save it or export without buying the upgrade. That might not be so troublesome if the layout were not so horrendous. If that's the way it appears after you buy it, it will need a ton of formatting to be useful. Might as well write it out in a word processor and save yourself several steps. ### 1/5 — Get resume star! *2015-03-15, version 1.9* Good news everyone! After wasting hours of my time filling out a resume with iResumes and not being able to do anything with it without paying $5, I was able to download Resume Star and copy and paste all the information I spent time filling out on iResumes to complete a resume with Resume Star. So far I've sent my resume to at least 4 companies. I think I'll go donate $5 to resume star. ### 1/5 — Scam, don't buy! *2015-02-07, version 1.8* I bought this and regret wasting my time and money. The format doesn't maintain paragraphs in emails. I ended up having to edit everything in Microsoft Word to get it to look right even as something basic. Now the thing no longer will email my résumés and I just bought the thing, but says I must purchase the full version, which I did. In my opinion, this is a scam and I don't recommend it to anyone. ### 1/5 — Terrible. *2014-10-30, version 1.6* I went through all the work to create my resume to find out you have to purchase the app to e-mail it. I purchased and attempted to email my resume and it will not send anywhere. I tried to look up app support and there is no way to contact the creator on how to fix this. It is very frustrating and I would like a full refund and my resume to be emailed to me. Developer, please contact me as soon as you see this review, if you ever do. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2014-09-23, version 1.6* It would have been a great app other than the fact you are wasting your time inputting all your information unless you plan on spending $4.99 to buy the full version. You cannot email or anything until you buy the app, which I believe should be stated somewhere in the description before you download. 😒 ### 1/5 — BS *2014-08-19, version 1.6* Misleading, I put time into getting resume done and not until the end does it say that I have to BUY it to use it, that's messed up and wrong, if we need to purchase say it! Don't make us put time and effort if we have to purchase at the end to even use it. I had no clue what to write then I researched on net and found an article about resume builder app. I found iresume in top results and used it. The results were satisfying and I paid $5 for emailing the resume that I created. Worth it!
