Vu le prix des consoles etc je trouve aussi que la télécommande aurait pu faire l’objet d’un geste commercial. ### 2/5 — What happened *2020-09-08* What happened to the full keyboard on iPads? It seemed to segmented like it is on iPhones now.. very inconvenient ### 2/5 — No connection *2019-10-05, version 3.0.1* My iPad wont connect to my board. My boss’s android connects no problem. I have the same IP address and connections as before. Does anyone have any ideas? ### 3/5 — Solid app but lacking. *2019-09-29* I love that I can leave my Nomad system behind now and 90% work off my iPad. Would make it better: Magic sheets and multi direct select layout. Magic sheets is a given. That should have been their first concern when making this. Having to switch between direct selects is so frustrating slow. Why I only have 3 stars: You can’t label anything. You make a group and you just have to remember what group number it is because there is no way of labeling it. Blows my mind this was left out. ### 3/5 — Does the trick *2019-05-07* It pretty much does what it should. It’s no replacement for a console, and you can’t patch fixtures, which would be one of the best possible uses for it. Also, it needs an update to take iPhone X bottom safe areas into account; right now the tab buttons overlap it. Add patching and fix the layout issue, and it’s a five-star rating! ### 3/5 — Not working folks! *2018-10-31* The app worked fine on my iPhone 5S until the latest iOS 12 update. There are a lot of qualities of this app that are great, but I want to see the new capabilities of the current software be matched by this mobile solution. It's been a while since I've seen a major update, yet the console has grown significantly. ### 3/5 — Amazing but needs an update *2014-10-29* This app has saved me hours from running back and forth to the board. It also allows me to record cues in the house without moving the board down. The only downfall is that it hasn't been updated since the iPhone 4 and we have now reached the iPhone 6! The app still hasn't been updated for a bigger screen. I hope that happens sometime in the future. When we attempt to connect to its IP address, it doesn’t recognize or read it as a valid address. Oddly enough the classic (legacy) version of this app does work. I expected more from a company with such a valuable product. ### 1/5 — Purchased. *2018-05-03* Disappointed. Textual. Doesn’t utilize the graphical Power, flexibility, intuitiveness and beauty of the iPad. It should basically be a touchable, shapeable Magic Sheet. Not a hard representation of the light board face. You were ahead of your time in light board software. But need to catch up in the current paradigm: wireless screens. I’ve ideas. If you want, get in touch. ### 1/5 — Now is not working *2017-10-20* I have been using this app for last 3 years and it has been awesome. Viewer with the newest update I can’t use it anymore. The app still sees the console but it says “the remote is disconnected” Tried to delete it and create a new one obviously with the same console name since everything is the same plus the regular updates on council, iPhone and the app itself. Does anyone has similar problem or does is know how to fix this “remote discovered” Thanks ### 1/5 — Don't waste your money... Yet *2017-01-23, version 1.2.23* App promises to be very useful, but doesn't work properly on iOS 10. Can't change settings, so I can't playback cues. Come on guys! For $50, I should at least be able to get basic functionality! ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2015-12-15, version 1.2.23* Couldn't get the app to work and the ETC tech rep couldn't make it happen either. ### 1/5 — Needs serious overhaul *2015-05-19, version 1.2.23* This was a very helpful app when I first got it, but now it will only work on my mk1 iPad and iPod. Connection to my iPhone and mk3 iPad are impossible; don't even bother, you'll waste less time simply hauling your console to FOH. Yes, I know the proceeds go to a good charity, but for $50, this app needs better attention than its getting. For modern/current mobile devices, I CAN NOT RECOMMEND. See in forum that many people are having the same issue. Very expensive app for it not to work. Yamaha cranks out a free app with more functionality and updates often. Come on ETC! You're better than this! ### 2/5 — Meh *2023-08-29* Forced to by it because ETC did away with legacy apps (should be free if you bought classic) made the move because TouchOSC doesn’t have key click or haptic, this new app is quirky and doesn’t have key click or haptic. Not sure why it’s not an option. Saves time without having to run back and forth between your board and your fixtures. ### 5/5 — Convience at your fingertips!! *2019-03-13* This app makes is so so easy to control my EOS console while roaming onstage. It is so much easier to pull out my phone and use the simple and easy-to-use app than pulling out a nomad or running back up to front of house every time I am checking things onstage. Thank you ETC for this app! Love it! ### 5/5 — Amazing update!!! *2017-02-06* This is the update I have been waiting for! The refreshed look is much better and the only part that still looks dated is the low resolution lcd display. The only two features I would really love to see is the ability to apply effects and also to choose gels in the color picker for patched LEDs instead of just getting a color wheel. ### 5/5 — Great little addition *2014-05-13* The use over both iPhone and iPad is extremely useful. Having the option to carry around a remote in your pocket makes day to day jobs much easier. The moving light control is also very useful. The only thing missing is some sort of magicsheets integration. Hopefully a update ETC may add. ### 5/5 — Why did I wait so long to buy it? *2014-02-27, version 1.2.23* This app is dynamite. Now I always have a focus remote with me. Yes, I lose connection traveling through back hallways, but the same thing happens with the ETC RFR. I couldn't be happier. Considering that money goes to a good charity, it's the best money I've ever spent on an app. ### 5/5 — Capable and Convenient *2013-12-04* I have been using this app for several years and have been thrilled with its functionality. It is a tremendous savings over a traditional RFR and is extremely capable with the ability to patch and park! When I combine it with a VPN it has even saved me several trips back to the theatre as I make minor tweaks from my phone. This app is a must have for anyone with an Eos family console! ### 5/5 — Such a time saver *2013-05-02* This app has made things so simple for me, it saves me so much time not having to run to the console every time that I need to change something. One suggestion that I have is, it would be so great if you could add a feature that would allow you to use the app to turn the console on. That would give be great, thanks! ### 5/5 — Works as expected - hey the profits go to charity.! *2012-09-14* At first I was like. Woah! That's steep! Then when I discovered the profits go to either behind the scenes or the other charity I was happy to buy the app. As a remote it has all the functionality I could need, especially to check focus of cues while on stage, bring up any channel I want at any intensity for lamp checks. And all I had to do was set my airport express to bridge mode and plug in an Ethernet cable. Fantastic!
