Having been to the grocery store, you know it’s packed with products! ScanScape goes into these types of stores to collect information on the products it sells. Using a mobile phone app, our Field Service Representatives scan barcodes throughout the store for products on display and in-aisle. This data is then used to assess, compare and improve product and store performance. Need to be an option to turn off the sounds or just make it so it overlays on top of my music. This needs to stop as there is so much noise inside a lot of the stores that I’m in that I’m trying to block with my earbuds. ### 3/5 — The app still needs work *2022-08-10* When running DS proactive, as you are scanning a category, if you scan something you have already scanned, you are not permitted to scan any more until you go back to the category list and reselect that category again.
