I’ve read several online troubleshooting blogs, they all say the same. No response from the mfg. or if there was any at all, it was several days before they responded. Windows was interrupting the installation and it seems that my BlueBoard is now good for garbage… Since you still sell BlueBoard, why don’t you make a MacOS version??!!? ### 1/5 — IRig BlueBoard Updater *2026-07-08* IK Multimedia, ist es eigentlich zu viel verlangt, das eigene Produkt zu pflegen, einen Updater auch mit aktuellen IOS-Versionen kompatibel zu machen?! SO ist das Blueboard nur noch zu entsorgen! Das Board ist im Update-Modus und das war es dann, es passiert absolut nichts! This app is supposed to update the firmware, but if it doesn’t shows up on my bluetooth devices list, how the hell am I supposed to update it. The only option is getting a windows computer, and that’s ridiculous. Getting another device to change pages is easier than going thru the whole process of installing a virtual machine or buying a PC. Sadly, this company took our money and left us in the air. No word from them. Not even an answer here. No idea why this app it’s still in the app store. Not buying any more of their products.
