## What is Iris AI?

Iris is an AI and Spotify-integrated journaling app designed to support the tracking, integration, and reflection of psychedelic therapy sessions.

Iris was created by a psychedelic therapist to assist clients in documenting and integrating their experiences in a safe, structured, and meaningful way.

Free users can create basic journal entries to capture therapy sessions using text and limited features.

Subscription Features (In-App Purchase Required):
