冷房の試運転時はWi-Fi繋がっていたのに、本格的に使い始めたらオフラインになって使えなくなりました。
初めからやり直してみたら、今度はWi-Fi設定が出来ない。
10回以上やり直してやっと繋がりましたがまたオフライン。
昨年はちゃんと機能していたのに。
スマホで操作出来るから購入したのに残念です。

2年前にコジマ電気で新品購入。
2025年6月25日部屋の温度を確認しようとアプリを開くとオフラインに。
出先だったのでアプリ上でできる事をやるも直らず。
部屋のカメラでクーラーを確認したら運転中のライトが着いていたのを確認。
帰宅後クーラーに近ずけたらオンラインに戻る。
2025年6月26日出先で確認したら再度オフラインになっている。
アイリスオーヤマさんどうなってるんですかね？

外出時や違う部屋からもスイッチを入れることができるので、とても便利です。
ひとつ挙げるとすれば、アプリからも切タイマーできる機能が付くと嬉しいです。

外出先から電源を入れられるのがこんなにも便利とは！

しかし、プロバイダ変更したら、Wifi接続の初期設定が出来なくなりました。

コンセント7時間抜いて、正規リモコンに新しい電池をセットして、風量ボタン長押ししてもピーッと鳴るだけでランプは消えたまま、携帯にWifiの反応もなし。

これらの試行錯誤は、お客様センターに問い合わせて教えて頂いたことです。

問い合わせから数日後には返信メールを頂き、そこから何度かやり取りと電話も。
全て同じ担当の方が丁寧に対応して下さいました。

結果的にWifi接続機能は元通りになりませんでしたが、修理を呼ぶと高くつきますし、やれるだけのことはして頂いたので諦めがつきました。

プロバイダ変更までは気持ちよく使えていたのと、お客様センターの対応が大変良かったので星3つとさせて頂きました。

今年からアプリの反応が異常に遅いです。
グルグル回って時間がタイムラグが酷いです。
アプリのアップデート見てみるとここ数年やってませんね？
エアコン買わせるだけ買わせて、アフターケアをしないなんて、消費者の立場を考えていませんね？
こんなストレスの溜まるエアコン操作はたまりません。
スマホはどんどん進化してiOSも変わります。
早急にきちんと改善してもらいたいと、アイリスオーヤマさん！

2021年夏に購入、ダウンロード。最近まで問題なく使えていたが、2023年夏はエアコン操作が可能になるまで30秒〜1分ほど時間がかかるようになった。とても使い辛いので改善してしてもらえたら助かります。
