Whenever I open this app, it ask me to first turn off wifi and after turning wifi off, it sends a message and after sending the message, it shows network error. everytime I open this app, I got the same issue, I am not able to do any operation even tried to connect mobile banking that too not able to connect. getting this error for more than 4 months and honestly I try to open every single day and getting same issue.. I am really fedup of this app now. installed and uninstalled at least 100 times by now still same issue.. I don’t understand what the hell is the issue and how to fix it.

I’m not able to access my fd details and it’s been almost 10/11 months now. New issue happened- my debit card details are no longer available. It feels like they are scamming people. The rating here is also manipulated, people giving worst comments and feedback, yet ratings are not reflective of the same.

This app logged out as my SIM card data switched to the second sim while I was out on road and asked to re-register it!!!!  I’m trying to register it again and 20 sms are wasted but the security level of this app is so high that genuine customers are facing issue to login it normally and complaining to Yes touch is useless they won’t ever solve the issue. The app doesn’t even allow to change your communication address that is allowed by other apps in most Easy way. This app is most useless thing bank did in 2020

Unable to use the app as it required re-registering. I needed to make an urgent payment, but the app logged out, and asked me to re-register due to sim mismatch. I've been using the app since a long time, never faced such an issue, but only now with the update. The app does not allow re-registering more than 2 times in 24 hours. I had to register 5 times in a span of 2 days. Still the app is not working!! HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO MAKE AN URGENT PAYMENT IF THE APP DOES NOT WORK.! What is the use of such an app??!!!, for some reason, cannot go to the bank also. My work is stalled, thanks to the unworthiness of this app.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this mobile banking app. Basic functions that should be simple — like downloading annual statements or accessing account details — are unnecessarily complicated and frustrating to use. The interface is confusing, slow, and not user-friendly at all.

The most disappointing part is the customer support experience. When you actually need help, it is very difficult to find proper support within the app. Contacting customer service feels like a maze, and the process is neither smooth nor reliable. This is especially annoying for a banking app where timely assistance is crucial.

Overall, the app does not meet the basic expectations of a modern banking application. It needs serious improvement in usability, accessibility of key features, and responsive customer support. Until these issues are addressed, the experience remains inconvenient and frustrating.

This is a nightmare. As soon as you leave your country we can’t get it to work. We have to buy data sim to use in India travelling from UK. It can’t work on wifi or on the data sim. While all my other banks apps work fine. Example Kotak, Axis HSBC and all my UK bank apps. Even the WhatsApp application of Iris doesn’t work. We can’t receive OTP even in WhatsApp which is secure. Very frustrating.

I cannot get past the registration screen. The SMS verification fails every time, even though the text is sent from the correct registered number. It seems the app struggles with Dual SIM setups. I’m being charged for these failed messages, and this bug has been active for over a year. Please prioritize a fix for Dual SIM compatibility immediately.

While using the app for NRE account , every time the location changes while travelling internationally, the app logs out and demands binding the phone with the sim again and again. Sometimes if it’s only Wi-Fi network available then the app will not even bind with the phone. This should only be a one time drill and should not change every time the network changes. Please look into this and fix. Else changing the bank will be the only option left. Atleast have better options for NRE account holders.
