The creation of this app seems like it was an afterthought to the online portal. Unable to add voice to text, text will disappear. Voice to text in other field will be duplicated. Doesn’t operate as smoothly as modern day CRMs. 
Server errors trying to add notes to task are repeatable and annoying. Refreshing the screen will show previous screens data or no data. Yes I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled. There is no landscape view on the iPad.

Great concept but any time you try to add anything, new lead, lead info, notes etc the app immediately closes and you can only add and make calendar appointments on the actual website.

The app seems to work fine, however, I use a keyboard attached and it will not rotate the screen, so it’s not usable with the iPad. Hoping for support on this and an update.

I really do like the application, but one thing that it’s missing is landscape mode for the iPhone and for the iPad. This feature is needed, especially when you’re using a keyboard.

I have been using IRIScrm for 9 years and it has come a really long way and is still improving non stop. With all the changes occurring in the acquiring industry over the past decade this tool has been essential in helping get everyone and everything on the same page.  Their team is also very helpful and very accommodating in regards to all of our needs and requests.  This app takes this already valuable tool to the next level by helping our clients, partners and employees access mostly everything they need right from their mobile device any time.

I can manage leads and First Data, TSYS and Worldpay merchants.  No other CRM system comes close.

Iris support team is very positive every time that we contact them and actually cares about helping us grow for the last 2+ years which is rare to find and a breath of fresh air.
