何回設定しても勝手にリセットされて、終いには登録もできなくなりました。

シーリングライトのオンオフ操作に使用しているが、端末Aで見ると消灯しているが端末Bから見ると点灯している表示になっているなど信頼性はかなり微妙(実際には消灯状態だった)

また、タイマー機能も同様で帰宅時間に合わせてオン設定にしたがいざ帰ってみたら真っ暗、日付変わる頃にオフ設定にしたが全く消えないなど、毎回という訳ではないがこういった事象が起きる。

家電側・アプリ共に長らくアップデートされていないようなので最早見捨てられたも同然。
今後使用していくならポンコツなのを頭に入れておくべきだろう。

2019年3月から使用しております。
室内犬がいますので、帰宅が遅くなる時など職場から電気をつけてやるなど大変重宝しておりました。
4年以上もの間、トラブルなく使ってきてたのですが、今月(2023年7月)に入って外出先から操作をすると、自宅の照明の電源がオンになっているにも関わらず「オフライン」との表示が出るようになりました。
たまたまかと思っていましたが、日を変えての3回目の「オフライン」メッセージの時、明らかにおかしいと思い、自宅にてWi-Fiを通して操作をしてみると「オンライン」の表示になり操作ができました。同じ時に Wi-Fiを切って操作をしてみると、やはり「オフライン」の表示が出ます。
解決方法を大至急教えていただきたく投稿しました。
