### 1/5 — Performance nicht praxistauglich

1. Performance beim scannen katastrophal langsam im Vergleich zu meinem Snapscan ix100. Der ix100 kann leider kein Duplex, daher hab ich mir den Iris Scan Anywhere Wifi 6 Duplex gekauft. Tatsächlich scanne ich Duplex inklusive Blatt undrehen per Wifi mit dem ix100 inkl. händisch Blatt umdrehen schneller duplex als mit der App und das liegt sicher nicht am Scanner. 
2. GUI und Benutzerfreundlichkeit der App nicht zeitgemäß
3. App braucht beim Start auf dem Iphone16 recht lange
4. App ist sehr absturzfreudig
5. Jedes gescannte Blatt als einzelne Datei ist nicht Euer Ernst?

Schade: Bei so einer Software (gilt such für die PC Software) ist die gekaufte Hardware für die Praxis unbenutzbar. zich hoffe, das wurde erkannt und wird bald nachgebessert, dann aktualisiere ich auch die Bewertung entsprechend.

Leider stürzt die App beim Upload von mehr als 6 Seiten ab, bzw. Wenn mehr als 6 Seiten gescannt wurden (z.B. 50 Seiten) und danach 6 Seiten geteilt werden sollen, stürzt die App ab. Leider kann man sie danach auch generell nie wieder benutzen, selbst ein Neustart des Geräts lässt die App nie wieder öffnen. Die einzige Lösung ist die App neu zu installieren, inklusive Datenverlust! @Entwickler ich gebe Ihnen 30 Tage Zeit, sonst reklamiere ich und kaufe mir etwas besseres.
Übrigens mir wurde vor über einem Jahr versprochen (per E-Mail-Support), dass es bald ein Update geben wird um die immernoch defekten Funktionen zu fixen. Bis heute exakt nichts gekommen. Es wäre auch mal schön, wenn die App die 2000er-Wende schafft! Also hier ist wirklich viel zu tin, solange darf man einen großen Bogen drum herum machen!

Die App ist so schlecht programmiert, das ist schon eine richtige Frechheit. Sie ist langsam und vor allem instabil. Wenn man mehrere Dokumente scannt, und diese in eine cloud laden möchte, dann funktioniert das bei den ersten 5-6 Seiten, danach friert sie ein oder beendet sich einfach selbst. Außerdem ist es total bescheuert, dass ein Duplex-Scan in zwei PDFs gespeichert wird, anstatt in einer mit zwei Seiten. Also ich hoffe, dass sich nochmal ein echter Programmierer mit dieser App befasst, denn so ist sie nicht zu gebrauchen.

J’ai signalé à plusieurs reprises le pb. J’ai contacté Apple aussi. J’ai le scanner IRIScan anywhere 6 duplex wifi.
Je ne peux donc pas scanner avec mon tel. L’appli utilisé avec mon Mac a un résultat très restrictif : le doc  scanné en duplex ne peut pas être envoyé par mail alors qu’en simple ça marche !

le Scanner est parfait mais est piloté par un logiciel à qui il manque de nombreuses fonctionnalités :
- Pas de suppression automatique de pages blanches suite aux scans recto-verso
- Pas de possibilité d’enregistrer les documents dans un dossier autre que celui d’Iris
