## What is iRise?

This App is meant for leadership to record escalations, complaints and appreciations received from Customers. The key features are given below:

- Add/Edit Escalation or Complaints
- Add/Edit Appreciations
- Add/Edit Mitigation plan and Progress notes
- Add attachments while raising/updating complaints/escalations/appreciations
- View/Save already uploaded attachments.
- Edit status
- BU wise and category wise filters
