对于身份验证等流程缺乏隐私保护。号称可以用Apple登录，结果注册兑换码要求输入Apple登录生成的隐私保护邮箱。掩耳盗铃。

Purchased Japan 25 days unlimited data, connected to KDDI network , very slow data and unstable , only up to 7mbps even on 5g network on iPhone 16 pro max

Never used an esim before but found this company to have the cheapest rates. I think this is a new company but esim and app are easy to use. Fast internet throughout my trip in SEA.

Had an issue with one of the esim plans. The customer service responded very quickly and fixed it. Even though they cannot control what each mobile company is providing they handled customer service very well.
