Now I have to request for refund and resubscribe with twice the amount before I can use the app. Am really not impressed this time. They should have been a way to make up for months of waiting instead of this stress. I called their customer care, they refereed me to use the live chat on their website of which I did. To my greatest surprised I was asked to send them the email linked to my bank account, last 4 digit of my atm card and the expiration date in other to track my transactions. It’s glitchy, very buggy and unstable. Well how disappointing. I was able to use it on my Samsung TV once and now it will not work. I have tried several times to airplay and the app does not show any of my devices which are all on the same network. I have tried all the instructions that were suggested to get the app to work and still unsuccessful. I tried to contact them through the app and each time I hit send it says error. Do not waste your time. It looks like I can only watch it on my phone and I wanted to watch it through my TV.
