The location near me doesn’t have the cryo therapy or red light only the dry sauna. They are charging a premium price for cheap plastic weights. The hooks on the racks and and bench press are also plastic so the bar slides around all over the place. The water fountain has been down so there is no water to drink and also no shower in facility. Got the app right away… I’ve tried signing up over a dozen times now. Found out you can’t hit the next button when you enter email without a bug sending you to an empty screen- only hit enter from the keyboard. Same empty screen issue when I tried to add a photo, or when I skip the photo and try to submit the form… so…? Guess I’m not signing up. After I verify the account it starts over and asks for verification again. This is not user friendly nor is the support service. ### 1/5 — Welcome to “Iron 24” *2023-11-27* Don’t waste your time, I just wasted 30 minutes of my life trying to sign up for a two week trial at my local gym just to get to the credit card step and to receive multiple errors saying contact support. When you go and create a ticket, you have to type your name and email and phone number which should in my opinion be automatically auto filled because you know I’m logged into the app. It should have my basic information already prefilled. But that’s not the worst of it, create a ticket and submit the ticket only to see what you wrote, be deleted and have no confirmation that the ticket was submitted. It was that easy. Since the. I have had multiple lock issues where the lock doesn’t show up. It’s 3am what am I supposed to do now that I am up. I logged out of the app thinking logging out and logging back in would work. Well that was a mistake. I tried logging back in and it’s having me go through the entire sign up process.
