I absolutely love this app. It’s everything you need and more. You can track your weight, record PR, has a timer between sets, has video content for each exercise, food intake and Trish is great. 
I would definitely recommend this to anyone new and advanced if you’re looking for a workout app and team. Give it a try!!!
