This app truly excels in both categories. Not only is it theologically grounded and full of the Word of God, but it’s unique because of the rest timer that prevents you from wasting time in the gym and fills that time with things that glorify God (vs brain rot social media). The fitness features and AI is also better than most fitness apps, and the more you use the app the better curated the content and training plans are.
