- Reps + weight sets with optional RPE, or timed sets with a countdown
- Mark sets done or skipped, or complete a whole exercise at once
- Optional set notes, session notes, and a warm-up plan
- Equipment name/number fields for machine-heavy gyms

- Add custom exercises with aliases and an optional YouTube guide link

RECORDS & STATS
- Automatic personal records: heaviest set, reps at weight, estimated 1RM, session volume
- Per-exercise charts: 1 month, 3 months, 1 year, or full history
- Lifetime totals: workouts, sets, and all-time volume with real-world milestones — a grand piano, a car, a blue whale, and beyond
- Weekly consistency streak
- A clear summary after every session: duration, volume vs last time, new records, muscles trained

PLANS
- Save a finished workout as a reusable plan
- Schedule plans ahead and start them in one tap
- See plan vs actual when you complete the session

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
- 100% offline — everything is stored on your device

No feed, no followers, no sign-up. Open the app, log the set, get back to lifting.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.5 — 2026-07-20

New in 1.5:

- Starred exercises — star your go-to lifts and filter the picker down to them. The star filter combines with muscle and equipment filters.
- Exercise-name language — show exercise names in the language you know from the gym, independent of the app language. When it differs from English, the English name is shown underneath for recognition.

Also in this release:

- Safer local data: versioned storage, stricter backup import/export checks, and more durable session completion.
- Faster, smoother exercise picker and stats.
- Localization fixes (including Russian plural forms) and a keyboard overlap fix when saving a plan.

### 1.4 — 2026-06-28

New: Stats Overview — your whole training history at a glance.

• Total Volume, all-time: every set you log adds up, framed as a
climbing ladder of real-world objects. See your lifetime volume as
“≈ a grand piano,” then a car, a blue whale, and beyond — with a
progress bar to your next milestone.
• Tap “View milestones” to see the full ladder: what you’ve already
surpassed, what you’re working toward, and everything ahead.
• A consistency week-streak plus quick lifetime stats — workouts,
total sets, and your best single-session volume — right at the top
  of the Stats tab.
• A one-time celebration when a workout pushes you past a new milestone.

Also: refreshed Stats visuals and a round of fixes, including correct
“to go” values for pounds (lb) users.

### 1.3.2 — 2026-06-03

Performance
- The session editor is noticeably faster and more responsive — adjusting weights, marking sets done, and reopening a workout now feel immediate.
- Smoother while logging, even with a large exercise library.

A focused performance release: no changes to your data or how logging works.

### 1.3.1 — 2026-05-30

This update fixes an issue with custom exercises and adds finer control over scheduled workouts.

- Fixed: custom exercises with names in non-Latin scripts (such as Cyrillic) could be treated as the same exercise, so every exercise in a saved plan showed up under one name when you started a session. Each custom exercise now stays separate.
- Fixed: searching the exercise library now matches names typed in non-Latin scripts.
- New: reschedule or remove a single scheduled workout from a plan, without changing the plan itself or your other scheduled dates.

### 1.3 — 2026-05-26

Iron Auditor 1.3.0 makes workout setup and exercise entry smoother.

New:
• Add a new workout type directly from Home when starting a blank session.
• Create custom exercises more easily from the exercise picker.
• “Save and use” now immediately selects the custom exercise you just created.

Improved:
• Better keyboard handling when editing reps, weights, durations, and planned sets.
• Cleaner exercise picker layout so search results and custom exercise creation are easier to find.
• Fixes around custom exercise selection, session drafts, and picker behavior.
