If that doesn’t work lastly try entering the version of your email that doesn’t have “.,?!$&…”. The old app was way better in ui understandability and in functionality. I was a year long iron heaven member before switching gyms for the school year. Coming back to it, it’s impossible to do anything. The app pulls up a blank white screen EVERY time I open it. I have had to redownload it 5 times just to get back to the payment screen for my membership. It makes me not even want to use the gym considering how effortlessly everything was previously.
