I even used to work there and still love to eat at Iron Hill often. That said, this app is kind of awful. For years I’ve used and have seen little to no improvement. Firstly, apps that don’t allow you to pay with your apple wallet cards seem very antiquated in 2023. I just ordered food and the first two items I wanted for dinner, I was told to remove from the cart because they were unavailable. If the app has access to see what is or isn’t available why isn’t build in a way that doesn’t allow you to select those items for your cart? I feel like people have likely wanted to order takeout from Iron Hill in the past and gave up because the app is frustrating.
