It would be so much better if digital or physical gift cards could be added. Now they cancel booked events that don’t match their political positions. ### 2/5 — Not a fan *2023-11-01* I love Iron Hill. I even used to work there and still love to eat at Iron Hill often. That said, this app is kind of awful. For years I’ve used and have seen little to no improvement. Firstly, apps that don’t allow you to pay with your apple wallet cards seem very antiquated in 2023. I just ordered food and the first two items I wanted for dinner, I was told to remove from the cart because they were unavailable. If the app has access to see what is or isn’t available why isn’t build in a way that doesn’t allow you to select those items for your cart? I feel like people have likely wanted to order takeout from Iron Hill in the past and gave up because the app is frustrating. The title doesn’t always explain the type/flavor profile. Happy to get extra points just for downloading the app, and was able to order my office’s lunch this week just through the app. Would love to see the weekly specials included, but know that’s probably not possible. It does not automatically give you your points. We have had to reach out to management multiple times with emails to corporate to get our points loaded . I currently have 4 receipts that have not been added to my account. After installing the app, I couldn’t look at their menu, or beer list, yet I got CONSTANT push notifications from Their App - even after turning notifications off. The APP also kept messaging me thru my notificatikns asking to use my location. I ALREADY SET IT UP TO ONLY GIVE THE APP PERMISSION TO USE LOCATION WHILE USING THE APP. WHY DOES YOUR APP KEEP ASKING ME TO CHAMGE THE SETTINGS I SPECIFICALLY PICKED?!?! The app was trying to trick me into giving it access to my location all the time. And it did this several times within 10 hours of installing. Nope. Gotta go. And I can’t see the menu or the beer list? This business is gonna fail. They clearly do not understand their customers. What a horrible experience. AND THEY ARE STILL NOT OPEN FOR BUSINESS. ### 1/5 — Yikes. *2020-03-08, version 19.29.2019080901* Gunna level with you guys, this is a bad customer experience. Sometimes people wanna go out to dinner and not whip out their smart phones and download a 15 dollar. In my first attempt it froze after I entered my card number. None of the five-star ratings left reviews, and all of the reviews are one or two stars!! If apple only allowed ratings with reviews, this app would be 1.1 stars! IHB you overpaid whoever made this app. While registering, there is no auto fill, fields show as white, the zip comes up as letters, and at the end of filling all the fields, it wouldn’t let me register my koth card!!! And when I hit back, all the fields are blank again! That being said I have some feedback for the developers of the app. When I get to the point of entering in my existing KOTH number (step 3) it won’t accept the number I provide. I just see the loading screen and it won’t take me to (step 4). I either need better feedback at this point or it’s just simply not working. Also when selecting my preferred location of Phoenixville in (step 2) nothing actually shows up in the form field, however this does not prevent me from moving to the next step but I still can’t get past step 3. I am using an iPhone 10 with iOS 13. I only used it in portrait mode and did not try it in landscape.
