I recently joined the app and contacted the team. A quick and easy to follow programme was then made for me not so long after my consultation. The programme has 10-20sec videos to follow, clear written information, the number of sets reps and rest time, and the app tracks my measurements & progress. 

I am currently on day 2 of my programme. After each programme I am able to review each exercise and make notes based on them. I then rate the day out of 5 stars and I can leave any comments which then go straight to my pt for review. I also add my progress pictures which are only available to me unless I give my pt access to them which I love. 

Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this app for anyone who is into fitness and improving their health, it has many different examples of excersizes and how to do them and are very easy to follow.
