The reviews are probably from friends and family. The app is not user friendly when it comes to payments and very confusing for anyone to understand. The stuff is very friendly and easy to talk to. But the app overall could improve a thing or two.

This application is amazing, but what makes this app very special is the staff of Iron Sheepdog. In particular, Brandi is always a hands on person who is willing to help us whenever we need assistance. It feels really good to be able to rely on someone, and not having the headache of dealing with automated systems or AI calls. Thank you for the exceptional support and your hard work.

This is a great app. 

Helps to make ticketing easier and quicker for brokers to confirm jobs. Great tracking from pickup to drop off.
