Account manager was Brent. Slow to reply and doesn’t always follow up to emails. Please save your time and look elsewhere ### 1/5 — Bad company *2026-02-28* Horrible platform. Been asking to close my account for weeks and they will not close it. Find someone else to use. Iron beam is not helpful nor a good place to trade with. If you have Alex as your account manager, be careful. he will charge you whatever commission he feels like, contrary to what they advertise for trade and commission fees. He will wait until the very end of the day to accept you wire withdrawal even if you do it first thing in the morning. And their platform is extremely buggy.
