Unfortunately it’s has such a garbage platform. First and foremost, you don’t see the fees for every trade you make making it difficult to tell if your really profiting or not. UI is trash. On the app it’s even worse. Please give this an app an update and more easy to navigate UI. For example, if u want to exit a trade on the app and are utilizing the charts tab and try to sell or buy, bc the number fluctuates it moves the button ruining your optimal exit or entry. Also since it’s on phone you can’t jus switch and make the order obv u need the chart. Overall I give it a 1 star. Could do wayyy better. I have had nothing but problems with this app and the broker named Alex. Alex just likes to make up how much in commission he wants to charge you. I don’t even know if this guy is real or not cause I can never seem to get in touch with him and then there is the app/ platform with has bought contracts without me even touching the screen and the fact that I have been in the middle of a trade and could not go flat on my position. If you have Alex as your account manager, be careful. he will charge you whatever commission he feels like, contrary to what they advertise for trade and commission fees. He will wait until the very end of the day to accept you wire withdrawal even if you do it first thing in the morning. And their platform is extremely buggy. Trading futures is hard, these guys give you free level 2, commission can seem like a lot if you make a lot of low profit trades. Futures are hard. I mostly use the web version for trading and analysis but the mobile version is good for monitoring the market and my trades when I’m on the go.
