Auto weight prefill: your plan's weights are now filled in when you start a workout. If the plan sets no weight, your last logged weight for that exercise is used. Adjust anytime.
Live heart rate: wear your Apple Watch and your heart rate streams to the screen during training. The finish summary now shows average heart rate and calories burned.
Library expanded to 153 exercises: 45 new movements — T-bar rows, two-dumbbell rows, weighted pull-ups, trap bar deadlifts and more across back, legs, shoulders, chest, arms and core — all with demo videos and coaching tips.
Richer AI plans: the AI exercise pool grew too, so generated plans offer more variety for back and leg days.
