It says in your app description that you must first disable auto renew, however I cannot find the account settings auto renew is located in, and none of my unsubscribe requests have gone through. I tried the app out temporarily and it works fine. That being said, I do not have a use for a VPN right now and the process of unsubscribing needs to be as simple and reliable as the process subscribing is, since I’m sure I am not the only one who has accidentally signed up. ### 1/5 — Bs *2020-06-04, version 1.3.2* I ha e been trying to unsubscribe since my child downloaded this app and I am now being charged over and over for an app I deleted. I sent another email begging them to reply before my trial ended and I got charged. Still no reply. Today they charged my card, and I’m furious! Still trying to figure out how to cancel.
