## What is Ironiq?

Your training program should be as serious as your training.

Ironiq generates fully periodised training programs tailored to you — your goals, your schedule, your equipment, and the muscle groups you want to prioritise. Every program is built using evidence-based principles, not templates.

This isn't a random workout generator. It's the kind of intelligent programming you'd expect from a knowledgeable coach, at a fraction of the cost.

HOW IT WORKS

Tell Ironiq what you need:
— Your training goal: hypertrophy, strength, fat loss, or general fitness
— How many days per week you can train
— How long your sessions are
— Which body parts to emphasise (rate each from 1–5)
— Your available equipment
— Any injuries or limitations
— Anything else, in your own words

Ironiq generates a 4–8 week progressive program built around all of it.

WHAT MAKES THE PROGRAMMING DIFFERENT

Volume is allocated by muscle group using Maximum Recoverable Volume (MRV) research — not arbitrary set and rep schemes. Progressive overload is structured into every week. Exercises are ordered to manage fatigue within sessions and across the training week. Intensity and volume vary across the block with genuine periodisation.

This is how a good coach programs. The difference is the price.

TRACK EVERYTHING IN-APP

— Log weights, reps, and RIR for every set
— Built-in rest timers
— Swap exercises on the fly if equipment is taken
— Review completed blocks and track progression over time

WHO IS IRONIQ FOR?

Ironiq is built for people who understand training. If you know what progressive overload means, if you track RIR, if you care about volume and periodisation — this is for you.

It's for intermediate and advanced lifters who've outgrown cookie-cutter programs but don't want to pay £150–360/month for an online coach. It's an intelligent tool for self-directed trainees, not a hand-holding app for beginners.
