## What is IronLog?

Know what you lifted. See what comes next.

IronLog is a focused strength-training log for sets, personal records and routines. No account, no ads.

WHAT'S FREE
• Log workouts, sets and personal records, and review your history
• Up to four custom routines. Delete one to free a slot; routines you have already saved stay usable
• A bundled exercise library, plus your own custom movements
• Rest timer, plate calculator and estimated one-rep max
• Supersets, circuits, giant sets and drop sets
• RPE and notes on your sets
• Starter programs and ready-made workouts, with optional PR-based starting weights
• Next-target and plateau suggestions
• Training calendar and basic trends
• CSV import, and CSV export of your exercise records, in Settings
• Delete individual workouts and records from History

The free tier has no time limit and needs no account.

LIFETIME PRO: ONE-TIME PURCHASE
Core workout logging, history, up to four custom routines, calculator, and timer stay free. Lifetime Pro unlocks only unlimited custom routines, advanced analytics, Pro Coach, and reusable advanced templates.

Everything Lifetime Pro adds:
• Unlimited custom routines: save a fifth routine and beyond
• Advanced analytics: a trend of the personal records you log for the exercise you record most, over 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or all time; a 12-week volume heatmap; and a breakdown of your training by exercise category
• Pro Coach: choose a training phase, review one exercise's last 7 days (sessions, volume and your average logged RPE), and get week-over-week volume and deload suggestions for it. On each exercise's detail screen, Pro Coach also adds a trend analysis of your recent records with next-step suggestions
• Reusable advanced templates (Pro Quick Starts): start a curated preset as one combined session, or save it as your own reusable routine. The day-by-day starter programs stay free

Lifetime Pro is a single in-app purchase that unlocks the Pro features listed above for the life of the app. It does not renew and is not a subscription. The App Store shows the price in your currency before you buy, and Restore Purchases is in the app.

IronLog is a training log, not medical advice. Estimated one-rep max values are estimates; choose weights that suit your experience.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 3.3.5 — 2026-10-28

Coming from Strong, Hevy or FitNotes? The welcome screen now links straight to importing your history. After your first workout, IronLog can offer a quiet reminder when a couple of days pass without a session. Finishing a workout now saves new weight, rep and distance records automatically. It is now clear where to upgrade, and free stays free: your Profile starts with an Upgrade to Pro card, Mag, your gym buddy, joins the Pro screens, the Pro button stays at the top of Today, and Pro screens you have not unlocked explain what they add instead of staying out of reach. Pro screens have a clearer Restore Purchases button. During a workout the rest button now says Skip rest, Finish Workout is in the workout menu, and sharing a workout leads with your top lift instead of the first one you logged. Plus many fixes and accessibility improvements.

### 3.3.4 — 2026-10-18

Starting and finishing a workout is more reliable: Finish always takes you to your recap, and an interrupted workout now recovers. Lifetime Pro is available as an optional one-time purchase. Everything that was free stays free.

### 3.3.2 — 2026-09-24

This update improves exercise selection and workout setup, with fixes for workout starts, set counts, and the rest timer.

Optional IronLog Pro adds advanced analytics through a one-time lifetime purchase. Core logging, history, routines, timers, calculators, basic charts, and data export remain available without Pro.

### 3.0.0 — 2026-07-30

IronLog 3 improves onboarding, PR and workout-history navigation, program-day starts, percentage-based working-weight references, competition PR logging, and atomic CSV import while keeping the submitted build free-first.

### 1.0 — 2026-03-09

No release notes.
