## What is IronProof Photos?

IronProof is your personal mirror for tracking fitness progress. Upload progress photos, track your weight and measurements, and watch your transformation unfold over time.

The scale doesn't tell the whole story. Progress photos do — but they get lost in your camera roll, and comparing them side by side is a pain. IronProof keeps them organized, dated, and easy to compare.

FEATURES
• Photo Timeline — Your progress photos sorted chronologically, with "X days later" indicators so you can see exactly how far you've come
• Side-by-Side Comparison — Compare any two photos, and skip by week or month to line up consistent checkpoints
• Metadata Overlays — Date, weight, and custom measurements displayed right on each photo
• Multiple Galleries — Track a bulk, a cut, or separate body parts in their own galleries
• Take or Upload Photos — Snap a photo in the app or import from your library (HEIC supported)
• Automatic Dating — Photo dates are read from image metadata, so imported photos land in the right spot on your timeline
• Cloud Sync — Sign in with Apple, Google, or Facebook and access your progress on iPhone, Mac, and the web
• Your Data, Your Control — Delete your photos or your entire account at any time

Whether you're bulking, cutting, recomping, or just building a consistent habit, IronProof shows you the progress the mirror alone can't remember.
