Thanks team iRoofing ### 5/5 — Awesome *2018-03-20, version 3.3.8* I’d recommend this app to anyone in the roofing or siding industry, while the app is geared more towards roofing, there are a lot of great features for both, from the easy entry of the customer data base to catalogs pics and other. I just had a training session with Oscar which was awesome by the way, Oscar spent over an hour with me one on one and taught me a lot, I liked the app prior to the training I just had, now I love it. Thank you Oscar If all the trainers there are like you I’m sure you’ll have no problem growing this business. It’s not too bad. They need a MAJOR MAJOR update on the photos and things like that. This tool has made it so much easier than I could have imagined. I would like to see a couple of features added. 1 a notes section on each customer, not just when you create a task. Just a section for notes that keeps track of date and time you input them. 2 I should be able to upload labor and materials invoices to each job. Maybe a "cost" section on each customer. Overall a great app. ### 5/5 — Great App! *2017-08-16, version 3.3.3* I really enjoy this app, saves me time and money and is easy to store customers and sketch the roof yourself, place orders and show customers your products and installation process. ### 2/5 — Not very homeowner friendly *2017-08-08, version 3.3.3* First it would be nice to be able to take a picture of my house and "upload" a new roof from a gallery of tiles. I know that's asking a lot but it would be nice! On a very basic level- the lack of a search function in the gallery makes this next to useless! Simple filters by manufacturer, colors, style name etc seem so fundamental- it boggles the mind that the only one available is type of roof! Has great potential but falls short! ### 4/5 — Best roofing app *2017-08-01, version 3.3.3* I judge this App by one criteria. Does it increase sales? It most definitely does. I even hesitate to give a good review as I don't want other roofer to have this App. The estimator greatly eases estimating, I don't even go on the roofs anymore as the estimator is faster, easier and safer. I have several times gotten a contract without even seeing the roof. Useful if your out of time. The simulator is useful in getting a face to face presentation instead of a "mail me the quote" presentation. The prospect says "mail me the quote" and I cheerfully say "yes I can do that, but you would miss out on the roof simulator showing your house with the new shingles". Gets me a face to face meeting every time. My closing ratio is over 50% and while I use a lot of sales tools I count iRoofing as invaluable. In fact I sold more roofs then my company can deliver. Not bad for a new roofing salesman. ### 5/5 — THIS IS THE ONE!!!!!! *2017-07-07, version 3.3.2* Guys, I've used several roofing apps, wasting A-LOT of $ in my search for IRoofing. The price is unbeatable, the support/training that you receive from the staff is TOP NOTCH. It is simple put, THE BEST!!!!! LOOK NO FURTHER! This is all you need, and your welcome. This app saves me hours of work every month and makes my quotes so much more accurate. This is a definite money maker it makes me thousands each year. But what is even more impressive than the app is the level of customer support. The team at iRoofing has been there every step of the way. When there is an update the app is disabled until you download the update. It does not allow you to use the app as is. When I open the app it is because I need to measure a roof. HIGHLY RECOMMEND- IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS I WOULD ### 5/5 — Absolutely amazing!!!! *2019-08-08, version 3.5.5* Not 9nly is the software very user friendly (even for our less tech savvy employees) but the service team is on point! Never once has it taken more than a couple seconds to talk to a real person but it seems that their training is very thorough. Steve Gardner has been a great resource and Richard is also a great guy for complex issues. We have needed much help as we have several reps and are trying to upload contacts so we can fully utilize the program. These guys rock and the best part is that everything is unlimited! Unlimited training, unlimited measurements and unlimited contacts. This has given the guys an extra edge in the field and also saved sooooo much money on eagle views.
