CHOOSE SMART HEATING
Turn your traditional heating system into a smart heating system.

THE IRSAP NOW SYSTEM
Connection Unit & Repeater. 
Essential module, it is the hub of the IRSAP NOW System. In Repeater mode it extends the communication signal between all elements of the System.
Smart Thermostat. It precisely controls the temperature, humidity level and air quality of the room in which it is installed.
Smart Valve. Compatible with all radiator brands and major valve manufacturers, controls the temperature of each radiator.
Starter. Optimize the use and activation of your heat generator (boiler or heat pump).

CHOOSE EFFICIENT HEATING
Smart Scheduling: Plan different scenarios according to the routine.
Home / Away: it communicates to the system, if you want also via geolocation, that you are not at home, optimizing consumption.
Holiday: suspends heating for the duration of your stay away from home, setting the system on the antifreeze temperature.
Multizone: guarantees separate and independent management for each room, satisfying different needs.
Open Windows Detection: detects when there is an open window, temporarily suspending heating, avoiding waste and unnecessary heat loss.
Notifications: stay up to date on the status of the IRSAP NOW System through notifications in the App.
Heating Insights: monitors the situation through statistics on consumption, air quality, humidity levels and measurements of open windows.

Le système Irsap ne marche pas, et l’application non plus. Elle plante régulièrement, avec absence d’affichage de température. Ça continue de chauffer même quand on programme plus bas. Et le service téléphonique d’assistance est totalement inefficace. Fuyez!

Fonctionne de temps en temps. Il faut très souvent se connecter et fournir email et mot de passe. Une des pires application de domotique.

Applicazione ben fatta, grafica semplice e intuitiva, cambia il modo in cui penso al riscaldamento e finalmente non spreco riscaldamento!

### 1/5 — Assistenza clienti inconcludente e valvole con anomalie misteriose

Tralascio il fatto che su 7 prodotti 2 li abbiamo dovuti sostituire ( e non è stato agevole neanche questo, giorni e giorni di test prima che si decidessero a sostituire l’hub e la valvola mal funzionante) , ma la cosa grave è che una valvola che per giorni ha funzionato correttamente, senza segnale di errore e senza essere sfiorata ha smesso di funzionare improvvisamente e ha aperto al massimo il radiatore facendo arrivare a più di 30 gradi la stanza: dall’assistenza da un lato dicono che queste anomalie posso capitare, dall’altra dicono che non possono fare nulla, al massimo ci possono indicare un tecnico A PAGAMENTO per verificare l’origine del guasto. Ovviamente l’assistenza non è H24 quindi abbiamo dovuto mettere la valvola manuale per chiudere il termosifone nel fine settimana. Mi domando cosa sarebbe successo se fosse accaduto in nostra assenza. Se ci tenete alla vostra bolletta evitate l’acquisto, il gioco non vale la candela

Oggi sono rientrato prima dal lavoro tocco per caso un termosifone… bollente…. Dovevano accendersi alle 17:00… Ovviamente per l’App e la valvola risultano spenti, mentre pompano e il contabilizzatore corre. Altro che risparmio… spese a vuoto.

ci scusiamo del disfunzionamento della sua valvola e le confermiamo che con l’aggiornamento rilasciato nel mese di febbraio il problema è stato definitivamente risolto. Rimaniamo comunque a sua completa disposizione e la preghiamo di volerci dare riscontro nel caso abbia avuto altri malfunzionamenti nel sistema.

Stop all’ansia da riscaldamento o condizionamento dimenticato acceso, programmazione super intuitiva rispetto al vecchio termostato, grazie alle statistiche posso capire quando rimane accesa la pompa di calore, con la gestione per stanze scaldo solo le stanze che mi servono quando mi servono. Ottimo lavoro!
