## What is IRU Certify?

IRU Certify enables road transport operators to assess the knowledge and skills of their drivers and subcontractors worldwide. It was created by IRU to provide you with analytics dashboards for skills gaps at the individual, unit and company levels. It enables your company to better target training needs, increase efficiency and improve brand reputation for higher client satisfaction.

This application enables you to:
- Check the theoretical knowledge of your current workforce or potential candidates
- Assess drivers’ practical skills for better risk management
- Identify skills gaps to optimise training costs and improve your reputation
- Benchmark drivers’ skills and compare to your objectives
