Terrible user interface, very expensive per minute charging at the location I used first (Irving Big Stop Aulac). Still doing prepaid - only option is full manual signup. Setting this app up the 1st time was tedious. They asked for my credit card number (like Flo does) but I still had to use my card. The problem is that the LCD screen says “See Terminal for Instructions” looking down at the payment terminal most of that tiny screen is a QR code. This process wasn’t thought through from a “User First” perspective. It’s clunky and unintuitive. The app is as bad or worse than competitors (PetroCan, Tesla, Flo, etc). My first attempt with the App was not successful at all. The App is not very intuitive and it does not have a tap function even though the chargers indicate you should be able to tap. Support was very responsive and after being sent the instructions on how to use the App, my second attempt was successful.
