Wenn ich bei aktiviertem Motion Sensor (innerhalb der 5 Sekunden) mein iPhone 14 Pro Max sperre, ertönt kein Alarm beim Bewegen. Erst wenn ich es später versuche zu entsperren. Ist dieses Verhalten gewollt?

Die App funktioniert nur noch kurz wenn das iPhone gesperrt wurde. Wenn das iPhone 1 min am Kabel angeschlossen ist und dann getrennt wird, gibt es keinen Alarm mehr.

Trying to make it work for motion detector only (when not charging). I activated the motion access, set the alarm to loud, watched the motion timer count down from 5, so assumed it was activated, locked phone with side button, BUT motion didn’t sound the alarm when I moved it a couple minutes later. When I then unlocked the phone, the still-open app motion screen of the app appeared, the alarm sounded. Turning it off worked exactly as you had said. Assume I’m doing something wrong on iPhone 8+ with up to date ios, but I don’t know what. How do I set motion detection alarm only (not charging) so it sounds upon initial movement when screen is locked but your app is open in the background? Thanks!

Removes the first time charging cable when the phone is locked and the volume comes on When the cable is mount without unlocking the volume turns off.But the volume alert did not come on when the second time cable was removed

Great application but if you could review the motion sensor part as it is not seem to be working ... for iphone 12 mini ..

**Developer response:** Thanks for feedback. What is the problem with the Motion Sensor? I just tried it on a iphone 12 Mini and it works fine. 

It might be that you have your motion sensor set to off. Go to Settings -> Privacy -> Motion & Fitness -> toogle the switch next to iSafeCharge to ON. There should come a popup as well when it is set to off.

Try everything. The only thing stops the alarm is turning off cell phone.

**Developer response:** All you have to do is to ”Close the app” - and that is the only way. Should be irritating - it is an anti-theft app. (All this says in the instruction)

Gostei do App porém deixo programado e quando o alarde dispara não desliga mais, eu tenho que desligar o celular para ele poder pagar, mesmo após colocar minha senha e tentar dar pausa no APP. Como resolver?

Tap on Motion Sensor Function and it did not have any response(countdown of 5secs did not display).

IP XR with IOS 13.6.1

Reset the motion and fitness, deleted and reinstalled. Works fine, although there is no question or pop up when using the "motion sensor" function the first time.

Kann man nur umständlich und langwierig ausschalten indem man iPhone komplett herunterfährt.(iPhone 7 plus)

**Developer response:** I can understand that - but that’s the whole point with this app - it is supposed to be very annoying for the thief to turn it off - even if you leave it unlocked

Die Idee selbst ist gut. 
Nur: Der Motionalarm lässt sich nicht abschalten. Das Wischen von unten nach oben mit einer Pause in der Mitte des Bildschirms hat keine Wirkung. Es hilft nur, das iPhone abzuschalten. 
Außerdem wird immer nur Motionsensor angezeigt. Beim Entfernen des Kabels ertönt der Alarm trotzdem und lässt sich nicht abschalten. 
Es hilft nur, die App zu löschen oder das iPhone abzuschalten. 
Was kann man machen?

An app to alarm me when the probe is charged past 80% and this app doesn’t appear to do it. 

I wanted to just ask for a refund without commenting and would love to remove this review… but I can’t find an option to request a refund, therefore others deserve to know this can be a deal breaker since the app is paid : (

Die Funktion des „motion sensors“ ist, zumindest auf dem iPhone8 und iPadPro beide unter 13.5.1, trotz wiederholter Installation, nach wie vor NICHT gegeben. Abstellen des Alarms per Wischen funktioniert ebenfalls nicht.

**Developer response:** Ok - I have tried it on both the devices like you have, and it works fine. I do not have any good answer, and I have never had any other users with this problem. It might be some problem with your devices as well since you say you can’t close the app either (by swiping slowly from the bottom towards the middle - then close the app by swiping the miniature off the screen - that is by definition how you close an app on iOS devices). If you have a Home Button on your iPad Pro, you have to double-click on the Home Button to get the miniatures. I have had users with other problems with jailbreaked and fake iPhones though. For me, I was very happy to get the app because it appeared to be something I’d enjoy having, but the very loud alarm was annoying.

Ich mußte die App wieder löschen. Wollte testen ob und wie das funktioniert. Konnte den Alarm absolut nicht abstellen. Furchtbar!

**Developer response:** Hi, sorry you did not like it. The thing is that it is supposed to be hard to close it. What you do is either double click on the Home button, or if you have a newer phone - swipe up from the bottom. Then you will see miniatures of the app - swipe up - app is closed - alarm will go off. Hope you will try it again. Update is on its way also.

Was excited to see this new app looked really cool and within 30 seconds of downloading it I tested it and it didn’t work. This is due to the sole battery case I have on my phone. iPhones are able to detect when the battery case is being charged I hope to see this update soon and once again download the app and use it. When that time comes I’ll leave a new review and if possible change this one.

If your mobile is stolen then the alarm beeps but the sound can be muted or volume can be done zero by clicking volume buttons. So this will not help you at all.

**Developer response:** Apple is letting us play a little bit more now - so a lot of issues are solved. Hope you will like version 1.2 😊.

Apple does not let developers program the volume buttons in that way. That’s why it is cheap (free for the moment). It is the startle effect that is effective - and you can also use it for making sure it is charging properly - for example if the power is lost - the alarm will go off. Thanks for feedback!

Ich habe ein I Phone SE2020 , wenn der Stecker gezogen wird ertönt wie erwartet der Alarm. Aber egal welsche Tasten oder  wie lange oder in Kombination gedrückt werden, der Alarm geht munter weiter. Er lässt sich nur abstellen wenn das Phone  Komplet,  herunter gefahren , Ausgeschaltet wird. Damit kann ich gut leben.Denn nur der Eigentümer kann es wieder freischalten. Sonst macht die App was sie soll. Danke dafür. 🤗 Selbst wenn ich selber mein Phone Stecker ziehe kommt der Alarm , also muss ich es erst Komplet ausschalten um es ohne Alarm zu trennen. BITTE IN Deutsch antworten. Danke.

**Developer response:** Sorry - don’t know german, but I used google translate for your text 😇. The reason for the ”complicated” way to turn off the alarm, if because it is super annoying for the thief. But it is easy for you, when you know you just have to open your phone with your password, and finish the app completely. Of course if you lock your phone, it would be nice to just have a button, but what if you forget to lock it...😁. Maybe I could have a function in a future update where you get the OFF button IF you have your phone locked. That would actually be quite cool! Thanks for feedback 🙏🏼

Also hab ein iPhone X, die App macht was sie soll. Bei Alarm bis zur Mitte wischen und die App beenden. So wie bei jeder anderen App auch. Ton lässt sich bei Alarm nicht ändern und auch nicht ausschalten außer man weiß wie es geht. Denke aber dass Diebe eventuell so davon überrascht sind dass sie nicht damit rechnen. Für umsonst ist es doch ein tolles Gaget.

Diese App ist eine tolle Idee zu einem fairen Preis. Zwar bekomme ich den Alarm mit dem Hochwischen bis zur Displaymitte nicht gestoppt, aber außer dem Doppelklick auf den Home-Button und dem Hochwischen des Vorschaubilds gibt es noch einen einfacheren Weg, den Alarm zu stoppen: Wenn der Alarm ertönt länger auf den Home-Button drücken, bis Siri erscheint. Damit ist auch der Alarm weg. Wenn man Siri dann wieder mit einem Klick des Home-Buttons beendet, bleibt auch der Alarm aus.
