Reminders on phone to do activities or products. One downside has been that the activities are listed at the bottom. If they were at the top, it would make more sense. The other downside is that I’ll have a notification because someone commented on my post, but there isn’t a way to get to the comment without scrolling down through the feed. So I have a perpetual notification I can’t clear. It’s also great in the way of being connected to so many people who are encouraging and sharing their day and stories. A couple things could be different: being able to find a specific name of a person who commented on your post or finding your post without having to scroll through so many other peoples posts. It has most things needed to keep me connected to a huge group online and a section to connect, exercise , check in to stay on course of The system . The only reason I gave it’s a 4**** is because I think it needs to have a clear schedule when we do cleanse days . A way to edit a written comments. And I have not idea what the point count is used for or potentially what they are used for .
