## What is isahar Voice?

isahar Voice brings your company's phone system to your mobile phone. Make and answer calls from your company number wherever you are, with your call history and contacts always at hand.

The app is for teams using the isahar Voice platform. Accounts are created by your company's administrator in the web app.

CALLS
• Call from your company number, not your personal one
• Receive calls made to your company on a full-screen call screen, with the caller's name
• Calls reach you even when the app is closed or the screen is locked
• Mute, speaker, keypad, hold and transfer to a colleague
• Call notes, saved straight to the platform
• See the per-minute rate before you dial, with automatic country prefix detection

HISTORY
• All your calls, with filters for missed and outbound calls
• Details for every call: duration, direction, outcome
• Listen to call recordings and voicemail, where your company has enabled them

CONTACTS AND COLLEAGUES
• Your company's contacts, synced with the platform
• Add and edit contacts right from your phone
• Colleagues and their extensions, with each one's status, for quick calls
• Optionally, your phone's address book: names show up on calls, contacts stay on your phone

AVAILABILITY
• Set your status: available, on a break, at lunch, in a meeting
• Your own working hours: receive calls only during the time slots you choose

PRIVACY
• No ads and no tracking
• Encrypted connection between the app and the phone system
• Interface in Romanian and English
