We thought we were smart, but iSail GPS NZ has impressive functionality delivered on a very usable platform (iPad). Recently had an issue with the iPad – my fault – and so contacted support. To say Larry was helpful is an understatement. His responses were prompt and comprehensive. Clever interface allows you to download the charts (which have tiny file sizes) based on your current location. Double-tapping outside of your current chart switches to the adjacent chart. Really smart! Highly recommended. ### 5/5 — Great product, awesome price *2016-01-13, version 6.1* This app uses the official NZ Marine charts which look exactly like the paper charts because they are accurate LINZ scans, this is my preference as we usually have the paper chart on hand as well. The app is easy to learn and use so very happy. I also have used MacGPS Pro for 6 years with a laptop and that has been great as well. Two items of software from an excellent customer focused company.
