I have an issue when I try to sign up that is there’s No any way to open a new account.

It is extremely frustrating that you cannot simply see the train schedule without supposedly giving them your entire life’s information by creating a profile first. 
Even worse is that the website requires the same and does not even load past the first page. 

A high schooler could’ve done a better job of creating this app and their website.

للأسف الشديد البرنامج كلمة سيئ قليل عليه ادخل ع البرنامج صفحة بيضاء ما اقدر اسوي اي شي ولا اشوف اي شي ولا اقدم اي طلب للاسف الشديد يعني ادا مو متواجد فالشركة ما اقدر اعمل اي شي عن طريق البرنامج يلغو افضل او يعدلوو مزبوط زي زماان

The problem only while booking through the app.
The date of the booking is on Feb 22, 2022
Try to book for my brother who was born on 
Dec 31, 2004. 

- When choosing the passenger type as an adult I can’t go older than Feb 22, 2004.
- When choosing the passenger type as a youth/young I can’t go younger than Feb 22, 2005.

To solve the riddle, people born between those dates cannot book via the app🤷🏾‍♂️

I’m guessing if you’re reading this you work for SAR and just received an email from HR. If not then you’re just curious. 
Anyway thank you SAR for again making our lives a little bit easier.
