Bei anderen Banken muss man nicht erst einen TAN eingeben, sondern kann den TAN per Button bestätigen

Beim verwenden der App sind die Farben gefühlt gleich mit verschiedenen Helligkeiten. So ist kaum was zu erkennen.
Auch ist bei der Benutzung öfters die Fehlermeldung gekommen, dass irgendwas nicht stimmt und der Support kontaktiert werden muss. Nach 3 Neustarts ging es wieder.

I accidently deleted the app and reinstalled it. Therefore I needed to reinput the activation code that I already used once for the new phone.It simply did not accept it again as I had activated it in the first version of the app before accidently deleting it. The activation code costs 10 euros to order. That’s basically scam.

Bir suru kere bilet almayi denedim. Her seferinde bir degil 2 TAN numarasi olusuyor ve bileti satin alamadim.
Instead of giving me one TAN number it gives me 2. Very frustrating. I couldnot buy the ticket that I needed to buy.

App stürzt ab, sodass ich keine Tan-erforfernden Transaktionen durchführen kann. Eine telefonische Beschwerde bei der Bank hilft auch nicht. İn einer dringenden Situation wäre das fatal. Einer Bank muss man vertrauen können, dieses Vertrauen habe ich nicht mehr. Daher ist die Konsequenz, mein Konto zu einer anderen Bank zu wechseln!
