Originally the application worked fine, but for the last four months I have been unable to use it. All devices, sit there with the spinning wheel, waiting for it to load for ages (after 20 minutes, I’ll give up). Sports centres use this app, I am told to delete it and reload it, or reset my password. It doesn’t solve the solution. It is absolutely awful. ### 1/5 — Embarrassing *2023-05-15, version 2.2.14* This app is literally an internet browser for your leisure centre website but more clunky. Just bookmark the leisure website on a browser and delete the app. ### 1/5 — As bad as it gets *2022-11-16, version 2.2.14* This is probably the worst app I have ever used. It’s slow, crashes, not at all intuitive. It makes you wait until 4 days before the session until you can book rather than the previous 7 and won’t let me get pass putting the session in the basket - just freezes. On both the app and web version. And why can’t you search by date? Can’t book as a group. Have to log out of one account into another, done that a few times and lost places so one child booked for swimming other can’t go as spaces gone in the meantime. Parents can’t add children to their account to book. It’s a major flaw! Child prices cheaper for badminton but their accounts don’t allow to book?! Back to waiting 25 min to get through on the phone! ### 1/5 — Very frustrating and not fit for purpose! *2020-10-11, version 1.1* Terrible app, not very user friendly or fit for purpose. Numerous attempts at booking onto sessions that were declined as apparently already booked on but no bookings made under the ‘My Booking’. Have tried logging out and back in as well as restarting the app numerous times. My email is not recognised even when the leisure centre allowed me to use a different email address. ### 1/5 — Terrible design poor functionality *2023-11-29, version 2.2.14* Currently unable to access the app. When I can it insists I log in every time. Once in I have to travel through sub menus which are not easy to remember or in obvious places. Accessing the progress of my three kids swimming lessons it doesn’t really communicate much about their achievements in a structured way. After committing a small fortune for gym membership the app will not allow me to register a password and grant access to a members booking. Instead of using an app to book sessions I’m reduced to visiting the gym to make a booking. In 2023 this is an archaic service.
