My internet provider continues to block hacking attempts and they are specifically for this camera. ### 1/5 — Unable to login to this app *2019-12-02, version 3.4.9* Get this message trying to login, and “try later”. I’m using the correct ID and password because it works on the isecurityplus.com website. Children passed by this Halloween night and some suspicious opportunities occurred at my screen door. I attempt to download as I’ve done countless times before and that feature is now disabled??? No longer a security cam. Now a setup cam. Fix the dang thang ! ### 3/5 — Needs patience. *2019-03-28, version 3.4.6* I started using this app after Swann stopped supporting the camera with their own app. After the third go to get it going, I had to leave it for something more important, but when I came back to it the following day and plugged it in, it worked! I therefore think it takes some time for a camera to appear on iSecurity+ so my advice is follow the instructions of the app and camera carefully, but allow plenty of time for the camera to show in the app. Once up and running, the app works fine. I went through the process of switch to install mode connecting to the local WiFi and adding WiFi password. Then the next step failed saying it could not find the server to log my device. I tried on 2 phones, creating a new account nothing worked. I know the camera is working but it appears the server maybe down. ### 1/5 — Junk *2024-09-05, version 3.4.12* If your cam uses this app it is a waste of your time and energy, they are easy to override so others can be connected and you will not know, even with the force log out. Beware! ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2023-01-21, version 3.4.12* Worked fine for years and now I can’t log in or reset password, trash and no star. ### 1/5 — Don’t buy!! *2022-04-17* Works part time. Color video doesn’t work with out lots of light. Port connection works some of the time, more often then not it won’t connect. I’ve reset and reset I’m giving up on this product. I’ve have the same problems that a lot of other folks have had as well. I’ve worked with video surveillance cameras this product is not reliable. Don’t waist your money. ### 1/5 — Unreliable connection *2022-02-19, version 3.4.11* The cameras regularly disconnect. When closing and relaunching the app you are faced with persisting login failures. To resolve you must disconnect from your Wi-Fi and reconnect. Then the app will allow you to sign in. However, this does not resolve the unreliable connection to the cameras. Glad I only pay $60 for the cameras on Amazon. Would not recommend. ### 1/5 — stopped working recently *2021-05-14, version 3.4.9* was smooth sailing until April-May of 2021, doesn’t allow the camera to connect to wifi anymore. Was using the Kodak CFV-15 ### 1/5 — Login failed *2020-11-28* Recently the app on iphone and ipad can no longer login. The website works but there is a time limit before it kicks you off. I use an ip6 and a second generation wifi ipad so there is no way I can update the ios. I did some research online and found an article about Belkin shutting down their servers starting yesterday, it looks like they also used iSecurity+, is this why I can’t connect my camera to the servers anymore? I tried doing a factory reset and when I try to connect the camera to the internet it prompts me log in on my account but when I enter my username and password, I get an error saying servers could be down. Thank you :) ### 5/5 — Good with the Kodak camera *2017-02-27, version 3.4.4* this works well with the Kodak camera I bought from Amazon. I did have to turn the sensitivity down to level two before it stopped alerting to changing light levels. be aware that if you update your app it forgets your login info you'll have to login again so be sure you remember what the heck your password is before you update. the best thing about this app is that it works with IFTTT so I can turn everything on and off with my echo. ### 5/5 — Nice upgrade *2016-12-15, version 3.4.2* This version has been fairly stable.
