I downloaded the app and wanted to try it, but instead of letting me complete the scan…the app wants my payment information. For a free trial, I shouldn’t need to enter payment information. Since I don’t have the ability to enter credit card information or bank card information I cannot see if I like this app or not to purchase an iTunes gift card for payment of the subscription. Regardless, it was set up to look like it was still offering me a free subscription to I “purchased” it without knowing what I was getting into.after a few minutes I had realized it had charged me. I’ve submitted a request for a refund but im afraid that it will not work as you can only submit one request for refund and I didnt list any details. No they didn’t actually “steal” my money, it just has a horrible subscription system.
