It worked great but now camera shows everything pixelated. Everything is up to date the only thing changed was my new phone. This really sucks cause now it’s useless and it does get hot quick. However, I did not experience the same results with my second use of the product. It fails to connect and the app shows the device flipping from use or connect. I have tried several different ways to resolve this issue but nothing seems to work. I ordered the ear cleaner and that’s been working just fine, low battery life though, but when I paid $20 for the facial cleanser, they never shipped the device and I’ve sent them 3-4 emails trying to see where it’s at and they don’t EVER respond to any of my messages. This is one of THE WORST CUSTOMER VALUED COMPANIES IVE EVER DEALT WITH. The Remoli device I have uses this app but the app has FAQ and instructions that don’t pertain to my device. I can’t even connect my device anymore after agreeing to try the beta sharing feature. Worthless. ### 1/5 — Privacy statement is false! *2023-02-06* I was considering purchasing this device and decided to download the app first. I read the privacy policy thinking it would be safe to download given Apple’s top level statement saying the app doesn’t collect info. After reading the broken English policy I realized the statement is incorrect. They do collect and store user information and also hold users accountable to the laws of China, which we know have little regard for privacy. In fact they tell you they will provide your information if you are in violation of their laws. There’s really no reason to capture our data to make the app work.. From their privacy policy: “ 4）If you violate relevant Chinese laws, regulations or this Application service agreement or relevant rules, we need to disclose to a third party;”. I could not get the camera to connect to the WiFi on my phone. I called customer service and tried troubleshooting with no luck. I even tried connecting it to different WiFi networks like my place of work and at another house. The camera never connected. Total junk. Products associated with this app like the Astro Ridge are advertised to be located in the U.S. but are in fact Chinese. Consider your data shared with Chinese commercial and governmental entities without your consent. The “connect to wifi” is implied to be a Bluetooth connect to the app’s associated device but is actually using your WiFi to send your data to China. Beware. ### 1/5 — Be careful! *2024-04-19* The end of the device just came off inside my ear! Fortunately I barely was able to remove it myself with specialized tweezers I happened to have. It was such a small ring type piece it was so hard to remove! I wouldn’t recommend this device unfortunately! This thick, brown stuff that never goes away, and it causes our ears to get clogged easily. I got this in hopes of helping with that problem and it is a relief! I was able to clear a bunch of my ear out and can hear clearly for the first time in a while!
