### 3/5 — Basic

*2013-07-14*

Eh.. This app is okay.. nothing spectacular. I wish there was password protection and also am ability to either email or print the notes, and payment portions.

### 3/5 — Mehhh

*2012-09-30*

I'm a hairstylist and this app constantly crashes. How am I supposed to know my schedule if it doesn't always open?! It doesn't allow me to double book or to reschedule for another day by using the date changer because it "conflicts" with the other appointments it passed. I have to just delete the whole thing and re-do it on another date. Searching for a clients history doesn't work either unless they are in your contacts. It's ok for maybe other simpler scheduling professions but not recommended for anyone is a salon/spa.

### 3/5 — A few improvements needed

*2012-03-18*

Great app. I would like to make a few suggestions which would improve it. Need storage of clients names in the app rather than in contacts. When repeating an appointment it needs to be a specific date rather than the available options which are 'in one week' etc. Would like to be able to search 'type of appointment' for all clients. So that I could see which are for example, a new patient visit, a treatment or an x-ray.

The best free app I have found for appointment scheduling. Thank you

### 3/5 — great idea, good start

*2011-01-16, version 1.4.2*

This app is exactly what I need, if they would just keep working out the bugs.

1) There must be an option to passcode-protect this app in order for mental health professionals to legally use it.

2) I want the option to nix my address book and have a separate client list. I would NEVER input client data into my personal address book! You should just be able to have your own client database within the app.

3) The app seems to crash often, usually when I want to make changes to an already scheduled session.

4) Sometimes I want to make a scheduled session into a repeating appointment, and you can't make it repeating once it's entered. That's super annoying.

### 3/5 — Chiro clinic

*2010-09-10*

Great idea, nice and simple to use. To make it awesome all it needs is the ability to view calendar style for weeks in advance and scheduler style similar to what already exists but by changing the layout to look like a plain paper scheduler. Also to view empty blocks also. And the ability to change the default of 1 hr segments to 15min or7.5 min. I'd love the option to book two patients across the one time slot

### 3/5 — Already the best in this niche, but needs some work

*2009-11-14*

This is already the best scheduler for the unique demands of psychologists and other mental health professionals- admittly a specialized niche- but it has some bugs that need to be fixed.
1. No functionality in landscape mode (?), and when you return to portrait mode the buttons are off the bottom of the screen. Restart fixes it.
2. The Session Detail function seems to have been lost.
Overall, a good app with great potential.

### 2/5 — Please keep working on it

*2009-09-23*

I bought this to track my psychotherapy client practice in the absence of any other iPhone apps that could benefit me for on-the-run data input.

Specifically for mental health practitioners I would echo the earlier post- what's with the slider bar for time? That's super annoying! We also need to remain mindful in this digital world that client privacy & confidentiality is severly compromised when clients must be added to a personal contact list , which may not always be password protected. Who actually uses a password for their entireiphone? I see no way to encrypt this data in google sync or password protect your client data. Because this program is advertised for use by people who may be bound by HIIPA, you really should develop a more integrative, secure way to maintain client data.

I like the session notes; on the fly ideas to translate to DAP and treatment plans. I like that you dabbled into rebursement fields; I'd like to see a client database where I can securely store name, address, phone, insurance and reason for referral as well as the ability to customize your fields. If you were to make this really attractive and developed the confidentiality component, you may strike a gold mine!

### 4/5 — The only app out there that can do what it does.

*2009-05-29*

I'm a massage therapist and I needed a way to schedule my clients and track payments and such. It is a good scheduler and does allow you to see how many sessions you've had with clients, if you've completed the notes for that session and how much they paid. It is lacking a few things though. When you are scheduling the time, you have to slide the buttons just right and it's hard to get to any non-hourly time (ie 8:15 or 8:30). Also, I would LOVE to see a simple addition of a chart or page that shows how much money you've earned in a month (or year) and also shows, how much money a client has given to you over a certain period of time. Just those two things alone would make this much more functional. Also, it's a little thing, but maybe adding a payment line that doesn't have to do with co-pay or insurance. Anyway, definetly worth the money. You should get this.

### 1/5 — What's the point?

*2012-09-17, version 1.5.0*

You want me to enter client info AND case notes into an app with NO password protection? Riiight. I can't recommend this to my coworkers, using this is totally unethical. I'll keep my generic calendar "client" in my other apps where I can also check against other life conflicts before scheduling and just color code as necessary, and contact info in a password protected app.

### 1/5 — No individual payment tracking

*2010-07-26*

The description is misleading. I don't see any advantage over just using iCal synchronized with Google Calendar.

### 1/5 — Very awkward...

*2009-09-27*

First off, the slider bar for the time is clumsy and aggravating. Second, it is so difficult to make changes to future appointments. Once you make a mistake and accidentally set it for a number of future events, the easiest way to correct your mistake is to uninstall and reinstall. Otherwise you have to manually delete each event every week. I am a private music teacher who just wanted to use this to keep track of students and payments, and I find it more annoying than useful. The awkwardness of the program is the biggest annoyance. If this was a much simpler interface, it would easily get 4-5 stars since there are barely any scheduling apps out there for this price.

### 1/5 — So far big waste of money

*2009-06-06*

Doesn't save anything. Once I enter information I can't go back to original screen. Only option is dismiss key. Needs to be fixed because I don't want 300 clients in my address book. I want to be able to type in their info. So, so far I can't use it for anything. Waste of $10. 

### 2/5 — No support No More Sync Google

*2013-04-24*

They removed sync with Google calendar. I am trying to see where I can contact them, the address or link is removed from their website. No way to get support it seems.

### 2/5 — Crashes whenever I try to look at "next week"

*2013-03-15*

This app would be great, but it ceases constantly. It's simple to use, has some great repeating functionality for ongoing clients, and basically doesn't allow you to accidentally book multiple clients in one time allocation. Hope whatever is making it crash gets fixed cos I would love to use it.

### 2/5 — Needs help

*2011-09-13*

It's okay for what it is, but crashes and freezes A LOT.

### 2/5 — Crashes

*2011-05-11*

This is the second time o downloaded this app and every-time there is something wrong. It now crashes every-time I click on if the client showed for the session.. I would like to see it be able to sync with yahoo or outlook

### 2/5 — ???

*2010-09-14*

I agree that it is misleading. The day and week view is terrible.

### 2/5 — Could be better

*2010-05-17*

1) I schedule a client for 3:30- 4:30 and another from 4:45- 5:45 the 2nd session disappears WHY? there is no conflict. 2) I do not like the slide feature to set the time (such a pain). I want to see the appointment schedule in 5 minute increments as on my Palm scheduler. 3) I don't like that I have to add my clients to my contacts just to get them to show up. Very disappointing

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Finally perfect app

*2016-02-23*

Now this is perfect app for schedule any appointments the way you like to see them, easy to schedule and easy to find them even if it's scheduled far ahead. And the main thing it's free of rip-offs. Thanks.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2012-05-31*

This is a really great app for shrinks and such. Everything that we need to run the entire practice. I would really love it if Spud Pickles would change just two things: calendar view and iCalendar sync. Then it app would be perfect! Free is not fair - this is a great app. And there is nothing comparable on the market. Please come back and keep working it!

### 5/5 — 5star:)

*2011-07-04*

I so wish that I could make it a 2000 star game but it has helped me trough my job at home and The kids to I love this app soooooooooooo much peace out

### 5/5 — ISession

*2011-05-20, version 1.5.0*

I like the app so far.Other things I would like to see- I'd like to be able to manage it on the desktop as well. I can't figure out how I get to the screen that shows total appointment per month sometimes it just shows up? Can it interface with any other calendars? I'll look forward to the evolution!

### 5/5 — Lol @ S. Freud

*2011-03-26*

"Tell me about your mother...would you like a couch to lie on??"
Hey, keep up the good work. :D thumbs up

### 5/5 — Nice Update

*2010-07-22*

I have been using this application to schedule psychotherapy appointments. I have liked the ability to track payments as well as the search function which allows to search for a specific appointment. This new version seems to address some of the earlier concerns such as using a slide bar to set times as well as the option to cancel all repeating appointments in a series or just the individual appointment. I agree that the confidentiality of the contacts list is a concern, but confidentiality and HIPPA (as well as the various Codes of Ethics) is always been difficult to maneuver. No matter what type of scheduling tool there are risks. I find it more protective and easier to set a password for my IPod touch than keeping confidential a handwritten planner that I know many psychotherapists use.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2009-04-09*

Has worked great for my practicum. Helps keep me organized and produces the info. I need at my fingertips. Great start.

### 4/5 — Yay!!

*2011-09-15*

This is just what I need - enough info to log without being too detailed. It's free too - bonus!

### 4/5 — Use this all the time.

*2010-06-15*

Had some teething issues, but once I started syncing only one calendar, it works fine for my clinic. I'd like to see better support for repeating events and adding events from google calendar (which are both, frankly, horrible), but even without those, it's fine for everday appointments. Best of the scheduling apps I've tried...

### 4/5 — Nice App!

*2009-11-15*

Almost exactly what I have been looking for! Love the ability to add new sessions and notes without losing the old ones. Syncing with Google is great, even tho since I sync from another appt calendar to google, and then down to this one, I am getting double appts on Google when this one syncs up. Still happy with it overall, would love to be able to have a selection wheel with different session types (services) instead of typing them in the notes each time. The app crashes some, not a whole lot and I haven't noticed a pattern yet. I love what it does well and will keep using it!
